Terms & Conditions
- The offer. One free hot drink up to the value of £4.50, redeemable at the Honesty location specified in your welcome email.
- Eligibility. Available to customers who signed up via the relevant Honesty landing page and received a unique code by email.
- Single use. Each code can only be redeemed once. Codes are personal to the recipient and non-transferable.
- One per person. Only one code per individual, per location.
- Location. Codes are valid only at the Honesty location named in your welcome email. They cannot be used at other Honesty sites.
- What's included. Any standard hot drink — espresso, flat white, cappuccino, latte, mocha, Americano, hot chocolate, or tea — up to £4.50. Alternative milks and flavoured syrups are included within the value cap. Drinks above £4.50 can be redeemed with the customer paying the difference.
- Expiry. All codes expire on 30 June 2026 and cannot be redeemed after this date, regardless of when they were issued.
- Redemption. Show the code to a team member at the till before ordering. Codes must be redeemed in person, in store. Not valid for delivery orders or online orders.
- Not combinable. Cannot be used alongside any other offer, discount, voucher, or loyalty reward.
- No cash alternative. No cash alternative or change given. If the drink chosen is below £4.50, the balance is not redeemable.
- Presentation. Codes shown via screenshot of the original welcome email are accepted.
- Right to withdraw. Honesty Group reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
- Data. Your email address will be used to send your welcome offer and, if you opt in, occasional marketing communications from Honesty Group. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our full privacy policy is available at honestygroup.co.uk/privacy.
